Remodeled house facade in Humacao, pr is located in a growing neighborhood. the design proposes a modern renovation that will increase rent sales and promote the investment of existing neighbor hood properties. This design renovation is built upon the existing design foundations. The property’s frontal columns are unaltered and the existing facade’s arch design is replaced with a horizontal concrete wall. The horizontal framework is then split by a vertical element made of brick and stone cladding. PVC wood panels are built on wall and extend throughout the horizontal cantilevered roof. The reflected black outline and stone wall are accent factors that create a more refined appearance as it contrasts with the distributed light wood PVC panels. The design materials and geometries are intended to be minimalistic while enhancing the existing property with an elegant, and luxurious facade
